Moving your site from another server must be done by either the owner, administrative contact, or the technical contact for the site. To help ensure a successful transfer with 100% up-time, follow the steps below:

1. Order your account with InterTotal Marketing. Once your account is established, you can start to upload files. This will provide a seamless transition when your host server information is updated.
2. Go to the site of the registrar of your domain and follow links to transfer domain. Because there are so many registrar services it is not possible to explain every services proceedure, however they are usually part of a "domain tools" or "domain administration" area.
   The DNS names you will use to host on our server are as follows;
   1. Primary: nsb.thevirtualcompany.com
      
   2. Secondary: nst.thevirtualcompany.com
3. After the change has been made by InterNIC it is a good idea to leave your old server up for several days while all information is updated. On about the fourth day after the update you may cancel your old account. The only thing you or your visitors will notice is how fast your site is now running!
